Advanced Elements Attack Whitewater Kayak

best whitewater inflatable kayak

If you are looking to take your inflatable kayak out for whitewater rafting, then you cannot go wrong with this kayak.  You can go out in the toughest conditions with this well designed kayak.  As always, advanced elements did not  slack off when building this kayak.

When in a whitewater situation, it is of most importance that you are in an inflatable that is made to a high standard.  If you are looking to take your inflatable out in the whitewater, you have to make sure that you do not risk yourself by going out in an inflatable that cannot withstand the intensity.  However, this kayak was designed to handle these extreme conditions.  This gives you the peace of mind that you are in the right equipment when out on the water!

This beauty measure out 9 feet 6 inches in length, and 35 inches in width.  However, the key features of this kayak are the ones that make it great for using in whitewater conditions.  My favorite feature is that it is has self-bailing ports.  Obviously, when in whitewater situations, this is extremely useful.

The back of the kayak  is where you can store whatever you want, and this area even has a self draining system which is crucial when out in a whitewater situation.

The drainage in this kayak is brilliantly engineered which helps ease  a lot of worries.  The strength of the material that makes up the inflatable is also of very high standard.  It is made of 840 Denier PVC Tarpaulin which is no flimsy material!

To make sure that you are comfortable, and safe, the kayak has adjustable thigh straps, and a seat that can also be moved around.  The seat adjustment is crucial because it helps gives you the desired back support.  A good amount of kayaks do not have adjustable seats, which can lead to back pain throughout your trip.  Having a nagging back pain while riding is not something that you want to have to think about during the trip, and especially the next morning when you are sitting in your office chair.  Also, this is not something specific to this kayak, but I think it is safe to say that inflatable kayaks are often much more comfortable than hard shell yaks.  Anyway, these chair adjustments help you set it for your own personal comfort which is so important.  Also, this yak is made of three air chambers which are not hard to use.  Inflating the chambers is not hard to do at all with a hand pump.  Just inflate the sides to 2 or 2.5 psi and the floor to 1 psi.
